1. Product and price
Your purchase gives you personal access to Klar for Droneprøven, the online preparation resource containing theory, practice questions and mock exams for A1/A3, A2 and STS. The total price is NOK 299. No payment fee is added. The official exam, public fees, practical training and the issue of proof of competence are not included. The course does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.

2. Delivery and duration
Access opens when payment is confirmed and lasts for 183 days. Your expiry date is shown in your account. This is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Use the same email address when signing in again. You need an up-to-date browser and an internet connection. Your progress syncs between devices when you are online.

3. Right of withdrawal
You retain a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date even if you start using the course. Notify support@kurskompis.no within this period. Include your name, the email address used for the purchase and, if possible, your order number. You may use the form below, but a clear statement is sufficient. The full purchase price will be refunded to the same payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your notification. Access ends when the refund is issued.

4. Errors and complaints
Contact support@kurskompis.no if you cannot access the course, find an error or wish to make a complaint. Explain what happened and which email address you used for the purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact Forbrukertilsynet, the Norwegian Consumer Authority, for guidance or mediation.

5. Personal use and updates
Access is personal. The course material may not be resold or shared as a separate service. Content may be corrected and updated during your access period. Changes must not deprive you of the agreed access or reduce your statutory rights.

6. Free extension after failing an exam
If you provide evidence that you have failed an official A1/A3, A2 or STS theory exam, you can receive 90 extra days free, once per paid course purchase. Before the official exam, you must have completed and synchronised every lesson in the relevant course track and at least three full mock exams at the same level. You must have taken the official exam while your paid access was active. Submit a request from your account within 30 days of the exam, then email the evidence and your request ID to support@kurskompis.no. The evidence must show your name, exam type, date and result; hide national identity numbers, photographs and other unnecessary information. We review the evidence manually. On approval, 90 days are added to your current expiry date, or run from the approval date if your access has expired. The offer covers theory preparation; it does not provide a refund or cover official exam fees or practical training. Refunded purchases are excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
